Pronio's Meat Department is one of a kind, and we're proud to be the only true, full butchershop in Hershey. We receive in whole muscle pieces and break them down into savory steaks, mouth watering roasts, thick chops and thin cutlets. Our butchers will cut anything to order, and no request is too large or small. Looking for a pound of ground chuck? You got it. Need a leg of lamb, prime rib or crown roast? No sweat. If there's one thing we're known for, it's our sausage. Broken down from fresh pork primals, each flavor is made in small batches all week long. Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, and our Original Fresh Pork Sausage is available every day of the week, while our Turkey Sausage is usually available for the weekend. Additionally, a rotating Flavor of the Week is available featuring one of our many homemade creations like Spicy Toscano, Stuffed Apple, Cheese Brats and our Original Pork Sausage stuffed with peppers and onions- a special treat you won't forget. And for the winter holidays, we make traditional Italian Liver Sausage. There's a flavor for everyone!
Did you know we make our own meatballs? How about homemade meatloaf, hamloaf, stuffed pork chops, chicken breasts and turkey tenders? Our hand rolled strombolis are incredible and our from scratch sauce is the perfect companion.
In the mood for some grilling? Try one of our hand made seasoned patties, or a sausage pinwheel. In addition, we rub down select, fresh cuts of pork with our own special, secret blend of seasoning. That seasoning is to die for when used on roasted prime rib or lamb!
